Room was very clean on arrival, but our room never got cleaned during our stay. Was told on our last night, when I called the front desk to complain about it again, that daily room cleaning was not standard, and had to be requested. Ridiculous. This is why I chose to stay at a hotel. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, eggs, sausages, breads, pancakes, juices, warm cinnamon rolls, etc. Was very happy with the hotel, except for the complete lack of room servicing.

From the minute we walked in the staff was great. Our first room the air didn’t work, when we were leaving for dinner we let them know so they could look at it while we were gone. They just automatically moved our room without hesitation. The next morning the toilet had a small issue and it was corrected promptly and it did not reoccur. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the staff they would go out of their way for you.

The property was very clean inside and out. Our room and bathroom were very clean; housekeeping did an amazing job. The location was great. We were able to shop at the outlet which was leased than 2 minutes away. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the beach but that wasn’t bad either. We were very satisfied with our stay and will be coming back next year. Great hospitality from the staff.

The big room, and smoke-free and pet free. It's not because I don't pet. I'm allergic to pets. I love Miss Ronda she is so nice every time we go out and came back she's willing to help or make sure we are ok thank you so much, Miss Ronda. I hope I spell/ write her name right.

Breakfast was very good, and the variety of offerings made for a hearty meal. The room catered to my newly replaced knee, and I was able to shower with no problems. The folding chair was a great idea to sit, dry off and get dressed.
